Ce que ce poste implique En tant que Social & Behavior Change Officer à Ouagadougou, tu coordonneras des programmes qui transforment les comportements en santé, nutrition ou éducation, en travaillant avec les communautés locales, les leaders religieux et les radios rurales. Tu analyseras les barrières socioculturelles (genre, croyances) et concevras des interventions ciblées pour améliorer l’adoption de pratiques clés, comme la vaccination ou l’allaitement. Ton quotidien mêle terrain (zones périurbaines de Ouaga) et plaidoyer auprès des partenaires gouvernementaux.

Compétences clés à mettre en avant

  • Maîtrise des méthodologies SBC (Communication for Development, social listening, Community-Led Total Sanitation).
  • Expérience en conception de campagnes multicanaux (radio, mobile, réseaux sociaux) adaptées aux contextes sahélien et burkinabè.
  • Capacité à piloter des enquêtes CAP (Connaissances, Attitudes, Pratiques) et à interpréter des données sociocomportementales.
  • Aisance en français oral et écrit, idéalement en mooré ou dioula pour les interactions terrain.
