Responsabilités
Key functions, accountabilities and related duties/tasks: Support the design and implementation of the Social and Behavioral Change (SBC) strategy and activities aimed at increasing demand utilization of vaccination services and Strengthening community engagement. Advocate, create network, and build Partnership to enhance vaccine in the country Innovation, knowledge management, and capacity building Generate and use research, data, and evidence to inform the design, implementation, and monitoring/evaluation of SBC activities to improve health program indicators in general and vaccination indicators in particular. Formation / Diplômes
A university degree (bachelor's or higher) in social sciences, including sociology, anthropology, communication studies / communication for development, psychology and/or related field is required.
Expérience
A minimum of two years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas is required: social development programme planning, communication for development or social and behaviour change, public advocacy or another related area.
Compétences requises
Experience in partnership building, reporting, monitoring, evaluation are required. Language Requirements: Fluency in French is required. Desirables: Language: Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, English, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset. Relevant UN experience and experience in international organization is considered as an asset. Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
