• Conduire les études préliminaires des projets : analyse du site, identification des besoins du client et des contraintes techniques

• Élaborer les premieres orientations conceptuelles : master plan et esquisses

• Développer la conception architecturale des projets

• Définir et structurer le cadrage budgetaire ainsi que l’enveloppe financière

• Produire les documents graphiques : plan de masse, plans, coupes, facades et details techniques

• Sélectionner les materiaux et proposer des solutions adaptees en integrant les contraintes techniques, acoustiques, budgetaires et esthetiques

• Réaliser des modélisations et rendus 3D à l’aide de logiciels DAO/CAO : Autocad, Archicad, Sketchup, Lumion, Vray

• Assurer la coordination des projets : échanges avec les parties prenantes, suivi et contrôle des phases d’exécution (OPC)

• Bonne maîtrise des normes en vigueur (DTU, Eurocodes, etc.)

• Connaissance approfondie des réglementations techniques : ERP, Code du travail, sécurité incendie, accessibilité

• PMR Compétences comportementales

• Excellentes compétences relationnelles, avec une capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les clients, y compris dans des contextes complexes ou sensibles

• Rigueur, sens des responsabilités et de l’organisation

• Leadership et aptitude à coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires

• Esprit d’analyse et capacité de synthèse

• Bonne gestion du stress et des priorités
