Ce que ce poste implique Vous coordonnerez la réponse en santé mentale et soutien psychosocial (MHPSS) dans le contexte de protection de l’enfant à Bunia, en Ituri. Votre quotidien consistera à gérer une équipe, superviser les interventions d’urgence (enfants associés aux groupes armés, violences basées sur le genre) et assurer le lien avec les acteurs humanitaires et gouvernementaux locaux. Le poste est temporaire (6 mois) mais stratégique pour stabiliser une région en crise.

Compétences clés à mettre en avant

  • Expertise en MHPSS : maîtrise des approches communautaires et des premiers secours psychologiques (PFA) en contexte de conflit.
  • Gestion de projet : planification, suivi budgétaire, rapports pour bailleurs (ECHO, USAID).
  • Leadership en environnement volatile : capacité à déléguer et à prendre des décisions rapides avec peu de supervision.
  • Langues : français courant, kiswahili ou lingala un atout fort pour l’interaction avec les communautés.
