Ce que ce poste implique Vous superviserez les opérations logistiques, financières et RH du bureau de Bunia, une zone humanitaire complexe de l’Est de la RDC. Votre quotidien consistera à garantir l’approvisionnement en intrants vitaux (médicaments, nourriture, matériel) malgré l’insécurité, tout en pilotant la gestion des budgets et des équipes locales. Vous serez le garant de la conformité des procédures UNICEF, en lien étroit avec les programmes de protection de l’enfance et de santé.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (PMBoK, PRINCE2) et des ERP (SAP, Vision) pour le suivi budgétaire et logistique.
- Expérience avérée en gestion de crise et en sécurité (notamment dans des zones à risque comme l’Ituri).
- Compétences en leadership multiculturel et en renforcement des capacités des équipes locales (français et swahili courant).
- Connaissance des procédures ONU/UNICEF (règles de passation des marchés, audit, reporting).
