Assurer la gestion quotidienne des stocks de marchandises du supermarché : contrôler les entrées, sorties et transferts de produits entre les différents rayons et réserves ; veiller à la disponibilité permanente des produits et anticiper les risques de rupture ; réaliser les inventaires périodiques et analyser les écarts de stock ; suivre les dates de péremption et veiller à la bonne rotation des produits.

Bac+2 minimum en Logistique, Supply Chain ou domaine équivalent ; 3 ans d'expérience minimum en gestion de stock dans un supermarché ; capacités d'analyse, de planification et de résolution de problèmes ; maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion de stock (Microsoft Excel et logiciels ERP).
