Description de l'offre Notre entreprise recrute un Assistant(e) Logistique, Relation Client et Suivi des Commandes pour renforcer son équipe.

Assurer le suivi des commandes clients, la gestion des stocks, la coordination des livraisons et le maintien d'une relation client de qualité. Principales responsabilités :

• Enregistrer et suivre les commandes clients ;

• Assurer la gestion et le contrôle des stocks ;

• Coordonner les livraisons ;

• Informer les clients sur l'état d'avancement de leurs commandes ;

• Traiter les réclamations et garantir la satisfaction client ;

• Préparer les rapports de suivi et les documents administratifs.

• Bac+3 ou plus en Logistique, Gestion, Commerce ou domaine similaire ;

• Expérience dans un poste similaire appréciée ;

• Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word) ; La maîtrise de l'ERP Odoo sera un plus ;

• Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de communication ;
