• La prospection, la sensibilisation et la formation de nouveaux groupements; Le montage des dossiers de crédit ;

• L’accompagnement des clients dans l’accès au financement ;

• Le suivi post décaissement des crédits;

• Le recouvrement;

• Le Suivi des activités des clients; Et toute autre tâche qui leur sera confiée par leur supérieur hiérarchique

• Être titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bac+2 minimum en Finance, Administration, Gestion, Comptabilité ou dans toute autre discipline équivalente;

• Être titulaire d’un permis de conduire valide et savoir conduire une moto;

• Faire preuve de rigueur et avoir le sens du détail;

• Être capable de prendre des initiatives et de travailler de manière autonome;

• Avoir un bon sens de l’organisation et d’excellentes aptitudes relationnelles ;

• Aimer le travail de terrain;
