IMPACT Initiatives est présent au Burkina Faso depuis 2019, fournissant des recherches humanitaires appliquées pour éclairer la réponse à la crise. Dans un contexte de crise persistante au Sahel central, avec 4,5 millions de personnes dans le besoin, IMPACT appuie les acteurs humanitaires via des évaluations multisectorielles, le suivi de la situation humanitaire et des analyses sectorielles.
Missions
Sous la supervision du/de la Représentant(e) multi-pays basé(e) à Dakar, le/la Responsable de Recherche et Point Focal dirige la mission d'IMPACT au Burkina Faso. Il/elle est responsable de la mise en œuvre du portefeuille de recherche, supervise une équipe basée à Ouagadougou, et veille à la coordination et à la qualité des activités de recherche. Il/elle pilote l'agenda de recherche, assure la rigueur méthodologique et la livraison en temps voulu des produits analytiques. En tant que point focal, il/elle maintient un engagement étroit avec les mécanismes de coordination humanitaire et les partenaires.

Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) justifie d'une expérience en gestion de recherche humanitaire, avec des compétences en supervision d'équipe, conception méthodologique et analyse de données. Une connaissance du contexte sahélien et des standards humanitaires est un atout.
