Izichange recrute un Backend Lead pour son site d'Abomey-Calavi. Vous serez responsable de la conception et du développement de l'architecture backend, avec une première phase dédiée à la structuration des API et microservices, puis une montée en compétence sur les problématiques blockchain (wallets, transactions, smart contracts). En tant que référent technique, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans les choix d'architecture, la qualité du code et l'accompagnement de l'équipe backend.
Responsabilités :
- Concevoir, développer et maintenir des architectures backend robustes et scalables (Python / Node.js).
- Définir les standards techniques et bonnes pratiques (code quality, testing, documentation).
- Piloter la conception et l'évolution des microservices.
- Superviser l'intégration de services tiers (paiement, KYC, crypto).
- Assurer la performance, la sécurité et la fiabilité des systèmes backend.
- Encadrer et accompagner les développeurs backend (mentorat, code reviews).
- Après onboarding : piloter l'intégration des briques blockchain (gestion des wallets, suivi des transactions), superviser le développement de modules liés aux transactions (transferts, listeners, webhooks), et contribuer à la montée en compétence de l'équipe sur les technologies blockchain.
