Chef de projet AMOA CRM Entreprise
Dans le cadre d'un programme de migration des CRM Entreprises de PEGA vers ServiceNow, nous recrutons un Chef de projet AMOA pour améliorer la gestion de la relation client.
- Vérifier et transférer les fonctionnalités entre PEGA et ServiceNow.
- Analyser les écarts et prioriser les besoins.
- Concevoir et intégrer des solutions complémentaires.
- Participer activement aux travaux de l'équipe CRM.
- Consultant AMOA / Chef de projet avec expérience sur des projets CRM et de transformation.
- Maîtrise des méthodes de gestion de projet (Agile, PMP, Cycle en V).
- Bonne maîtrise des outils Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint.
- Connaissance de ServiceNow (atout).
- Fortes capacités d'analyse et relationnelles, autonomie, rigueur et organisation.
