• Prendre en charge la négociation et l\’acquisition auprès des fournisseurs agréés par la banque des produits, services ou prestations répondants aux besoins exprimés, dans le respect des conditions contractuelles et des procédures en vigueur
• Participer au pilotage des activités d\’achat de la banque dans la recherche de l’efficacité, de la maîtrise des coûts et de l\’harmonisation des pratiques
• Réceptionner les demandes d’achat, vérifier la pertinence du besoin et accompagner les métiers dans la redéfinition des besoins si nécessaire
• Elaboration des bons de commande conformément au devis reçus et renseignement de la fiche d’engagement des dépenses
• Corédiger les cahiers des charges, les dossiers d’appel d’offres et de consultation en fonction des besoins des ordonnateurs
• Gestion des contrats d’assurance et renouvellement des baux de location (agences et appartements)
• Participation à l’optimisation de la gestion de l’Economat (calcul seuil de sécurité, détermination quantité à commander…)
• Participer à l’inventaire de fin de mois avec l’économe.
• Constituer les dossiers de choix des fournisseurs (analyse financière, dépouillement administratif, …) et préparer les comités ad hoc
• Alimenter régulièrement les SI Achats (saisie, suivi, reporting, …) et mener une veille permettant de mettre à jour le référentiel produits et fournisseurs
• Elaborer des états d\’avancement, conformément au planning, et expliquer les écarts
• Supervision des contrats PSEE (évaluation trimestrielle, préparation et organisation du comité, rédaction des PV, complétude des dossiers administratifs…)
• Participer à l’inventaire des immobilisations
• Consolider et contrôler les dépenses des frais généraux
• Assurer le classement correct des dossiers achats (archivage de proximité)
• Elaboration des bilans mensuels à soumettre à la hiérarchie pour validation avant transmission à la comptabilité
• Effectuer toutes autres tâches confiées par sa hiérarchie dans le cadre des missions du service. Profil
