** L'Officier Senior Procurement est responsable de la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des activités d'approvisionnement, en garantissant efficacité, conformité et qualité de service pour appuyer les programmes humanitaires.
**
** Mettre en œuvre les activités d'approvisionnement, assurer la conformité et la qualité, soutenir les programmes humanitaires, développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'approvisionnement et de sourcing, gérer les contrats et accords complexes, superviser le personnel supply chain junior, former et renforcer les capacités, conseiller les équipes sur les aspects procurement (planification de la demande, achats, structuration des équipes, budgétisation).

** Diplôme de Licence/Master (nouveau système) en chaîne d'approvisionnement, sciences économiques et de gestion, logistique ou domaine pertinent. Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en approvisionnement, dont une bonne expérience en ONG dans des programmes pays complexes et de grande envergure. Expérience en réponse d'urgence et environnements humanitaires. Expérience significative dans les opérations d'approvisionnement, la gestion de contrats et accords complexes, et la supervision de personnel. Capacité à analyser des informations complexes et formuler des recommandations claires. Excellentes compétences en planification, gestion, coordination et communication (écrite et orale) en anglais. Expérience dans la gestion d'équipes multiculturelles.
