• Prospection & Développement : Identifier et approcher de nouveaux clients pour développer le portefeuille.
• Présentation & Démonstration : Présenter les offres de l'entreprise avec impact et conviction.
• Négociation & Closing : Conduire les négociations jusqu'à la signature des contrats.
• Fidélisation : Assurer un suivi régulier pour maintenir et développer la relation client.
• Reporting Commercial : Renseigner le CRM et produire des rapports d'activité hebdomadaires.
