Poste proposé : Human Resources Supervisor - Yaoundé
We are looking for a highly skilled, proactive, and results-driven Human Resources Supervisor to lead our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise across all HR fields, including payroll, personnel management, recruitment, training, and performance management, combined with marketing and client-facing skills. This role is crucial in supporting the company’s growth by ensuring efficient HR operations while contributing to the company’s business development and service promotion.
Responsibilities :
Oversee payroll processing, personnel records, employee benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, with the best practices.
Monitor employee performance, conduct appraisals, and support talent development initiatives.
Ensure effective employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
Interview, assess, and maintain a talent pipeline aligned with company and client requirements.
Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and dashboards; track HR metrics such as turnover, time-to-hire, and payroll accuracy.
Promote the company’s HR, recruitment, outsourcing, and other services to potential and existing clients.
Collaborate with the business development team to execute campaigns and acquire new clients.
Conduct presentations, proposals, and networking activities to grow the company’s visibility.
Leverage market and client insights to identify opportunities for expanding services.
Ensure each employee’s activities reflect the company’s brand and contribute to service promotion.

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Min. 5 years of HR experience across payroll, recruitment, personnel management, and employee relations.
Proven experience in marketing, business development, or working directly with clients is highly desirable.
Previous experience in a service provider or outsourcing company is a strong advantage.
Mastery of HR processes, labor law, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and client/market insights for actionable decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/CRM systems.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
Results-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
