📌 ### 📌 Oversee payroll processing, personnel records, employee benefits, and compliance with labor laws.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, with the best practices.

/>Monitor employee performance, conduct appraisals, and support talent development initiatives.
Ensure effective employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.

📌 ### 📌 Interview, assess, and maintain a talent pipeline aligned with company and client requirements.

Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and dashboards; track HR metrics such as turnover, time-to-hire, and payroll accuracy.

/>- Marketing & Client Engagement

Promote the company’s HR, recruitment, outsourcing, and other services to potential and existing clients.
Collaborate with the business development team to execute campaigns and acquire new clients.
Conduct presentations, proposals, and networking activities to grow the company’s visibility.
Leverage market and client insights to identify opportunities for expanding services.
Ensure each employee’s activities reflect the company’s brand and contribute to service promotion.
