Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions at our Cameroon office. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent development, employee well-being, and aligning HR practices with SFA’s mission. You will play a key role in building a positive organizational culture and supporting staff to achieve their full potential.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures according to best practices.

Advise managers on performance management and team development.

📌 ### 📌 Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.

### 📌 ### 📌 Significant experience in HR management, preferably in NGOs or educational organizations.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.

/>Knowledge of local employment regulations.
