Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role located in Douala IV. Volunteers will be involved in organizing and implementing community outreach programs, assisting with the delivery of educational workshops, supporting agricultural training for women, and coordinating aid for displaced individuals and families. Responsibilities also include assisting in program development, monitoring project impacts, and collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills Experience in community outreach, social work, or nonprofit environments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse groups Problem-solving and adaptability to address community needs effectively Passion for social impact and commitment to the organization's mission Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Fluency in local languages and/or French will be advantageous Previous volunteer or community engagement experience preferred Basic knowledge of agricultural practices and educational program management is a plus
