Role Description

This full-time, on-site Volunteer role is based in Wouri and involves supporting the day-to-day operations of Dynamic Ventures. Responsibilities include assisting with fabric inventory management, providing support to the sales and customer service teams, and participating in company initiatives to enhance customer experience. Additionally, the Volunteer will contribute to market research, creative content generation, and the identification of new opportunities for developing the brand's reach.

Qualifications

Organizational and time management skills for efficiently handling inventory and daily operations. Basic sales and customer service skills for engaging with clients and providing excellent support. Creative thinking and communication skills for contributing to brand content and marketing initiatives. Research skills for conducting market analysis and gathering insights to support business decisions. Interest in or experience with textiles, fashion, or home décor is preferred. Ability to collaborate, learn quickly, and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is a plus. Fluency in English and/or French is desirable, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
