Men Builder Sarl recrute un Spécialiste Bartender pour son établissement à Douala.
Préparer des boissons classiques et créer de nouveaux cocktails, conseiller la clientèle, gérer les stocks, maintenir la propreté du bar et contribuer à l'ambiance de l'établissement.
Le candidat idéal possède une solide connaissance des spiritueux, vins, bières et ingrédients (sirops, jus, épices, etc.). Il maîtrise la réalisation de cocktails classiques et l'innovation en matière de saveurs, textures et couleurs. Une expérience en gestion des stocks, suivi des coûts et respect des normes HACCP est requise. La maîtrise des techniques de service (shaker, verser, mélanger) et du flair bartending est indispensable.
