Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bartender at HOTEL COPACABANA BEACH KRIBI, located in the Communauté urbaine de Kribi. The Bartender will manage the bar area, prepare and serve a variety of beverages, and maintain cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming atmosphere, engaging with customers, serving food and drinks, adhering to health and safety standards, and handling payments accurately. The Bartender will also contribute to the overall guest experience by delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to engage with guests and provide outstanding hospitality Proficiency in Bartending techniques and knowledge of various beverages Experience in Food & Beverage services and understanding of menu items Cash Handling skills, including managing transactions with accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of cleanliness standards and food safety protocols Flexibility and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a significant advantage Desired qualifications: Proficiency in professional English and French (spoken and written)
