Rattaché (e) au service RH, le/la stagiaire participe à la digitalisation des données RH et à l’administration du personnel à travers l’utilisation du logiciel Sage Paie et des outils bureautiques, afin d’assurer une meilleure organisation et fiabilité des informations RH.

• Assurer la saisie et la mise à jour des données du personnel dans le logiciel Sage Paie.

• Participer à la digitalisation et au classement électronique des documents RH.

• Vérifier la conformité des informations administratives enregistrées.

• Appuyer le service RH dans le suivi des dossiers du personnel.

• Participer à l’archivage physique et numérique des documents RH.

• Assister dans la préparation des états et tableaux de suivi RH.

• Effectuer toute autre tâche confiée par la hiérarchie.

• Signaler périodiquement les anomalies ou informations manquantes dans les dossiers digitalisés.

• Bac+3 minimum en Gestion des ressources humaines ou droit social.

• 1 an minimum d’expérience dans un service RH.

• Bonnes connaissances du droit du travail sénégalais.

• Maîtrise du logiciel Sage Paie souhaitée.

• Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word).

• Connaissances de base en gestion administrative RH.

• Connaissance des procédures administratives et sociales. Savoir-être
