Développer les parts de marché (Telco & Orange Money) auprès des détaillants. Assurer la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux (activations SIMS, C2S, Devices, Orange Money…) de son secteur. Réaliser des animations et challenges auprès des détaillants pour les stimuler. Contrôler le bon déploiement de la PLV/ILV. Effectuer des statistiques croisées (avec les produits de la concurrence) des stocks et ventes. Déployer les plans d’action nationaux (commandos notamment). Superviser l’activité des commerciaux Partners.
Consolider les rapports de visites terrain des commerciaux. Débriefing hebdomadaire avec les commerciaux. Effectuer des accompagnements terrains et des contrôles inopinés. Assurer une veille concurrentielle terrain.
Remonter en central les feedbacks de la concurrence (reporting et analyse). Initier des actions en riposte. Suivre et partager les KPIs de son secteur. Co-construire le business plan avec le distributeur.
Identifier les problématiques et proposer des plans d’action. Évaluer leur implémentation. Assurer le reporting et l’analyse de performance.

Formation : Bac+2/3 en commerce, ventes, distribution, marketing ou gestion. Expérience minimum de 2 ans dans la vente de produits grand public.
Lieu : Site Maképé Makepe Immeuble Orange Douala (Littoral).
Type de contrat : CDI, permanent.
