Sous la tutelle du conseil d’administration, le Directeur Général de Teranga Online aura les responsabilités suivantes :

• Pilotage Stratégique : Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de développement de la filiale en accord avec la vision du Groupe.
• Gestion Opérationnelle : Superviser l’ensemble des activités (Call Center, Support technique, Administration) et garantir la qualité de service.
• Développement Commercial : Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance et assurer la promotion des services de la filiale.
• Management des Equipes : Fédérer les équipes autour d’un projet commun, favoriser la culture de la performance et veiller au climat social.
• Gestion Financière : Piloter le budget, suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) et garantir la rentabilité financière de la structure. Conditions
