Directeur de Centre de Formation Professionnelle Continue (H/F)
Nous recrutons un Directeur de Centre de Formation Professionnelle Continue pour piloter la conception et le déploiement de parcours pédagogiques modernes et de dispositifs d’apprentissage innovants, en adéquation avec les orientations stratégiques du groupe.
Identifier les besoins en compétences et définir les objectifs pédagogiques associés.
Définir l’offre de formation initiale et continue en lien avec les référentiels métiers.
Encadrer l’équipe pédagogique et veiller à la qualité des contenus, des méthodes et de l’animation.
Anticiper et adapter les offres aux évolutions des métiers à forte dimension technique.
Piloter et optimiser les budgets de formation.
Formation BAC+5 à BAC+8 en génie industriel ou électrique.
Forte expertise dans le domaine de la formation professionnelle des adultes.
Capacité d’organisation, leadership et esprit d’équipe.
Poste basé à Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
