We are seeking a highly organised, commercially driven, and hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and scale growth operations across multiple businesses, including an accounting firm, business services company, and education/tuition centre. This is a senior operational leadership role suited to someone who thrives on building systems, creating structure, managing people, and driving measurable business growth. We are not looking for someone focused purely on social media or campaign coordination — we are looking for a commercially minded operator who can take ownership of the entire sales and marketing function. The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable systems, managing remote teams, improving lead conversion processes, and implementing operational structures that support long-term growth across multiple business divisions. Key Responsibilities Build and implement scalable sales and marketing systems across multiple businesses Manage and optimise inbound lead generation and conversion processes Develop and improve sales funnels from enquiry through to conversion Monitor and improve pipeline performance, response times, follow-up processes, and conversion rates Manage remote team members including sales staff, content creators, administrators, and external freelancers Establish KPIs, targets, accountability structures, and performance reporting systems Develop workflows, SOPs, scripts, reporting dashboards, and operational processes Oversee marketing coordination across social media,
