Job description About This Role:
Safari365 is looking for a commercially strong, technically capable Marketing Manager to lead and scale our multi-brand marketing function across international markets. This is a modern, AI-enabled marketing role — not a traditional marketing manager position. You’ll sit at the intersection of growth, SEO, paid media, analytics, automation, and brand, with a strong focus on using AI tools (including Claude Code) to build smarter systems, faster workflows, and better performance outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute marketing strategy across multiple brands and markets
Drive lead generation across SEO, paid media, referrals, and AI discovery channels
Lead SEO, content, and AI visibility strategy
Use AI tools (especially Claude Code & ChatGPT) to accelerate marketing output, automation, and insights
Build and optimise marketing automation, CRM workflows, and funnels
Manage paid media performance (Google, Meta) and optimise ROAS/CPL
Improve tracking, analytics, and conversion performance (GA4, GTM, etc.)
Lead broader marketing function (social, content, community teams)
What We're Looking For:
5+ years in digital/growth/performance marketing
Strong technical marketing capability (SEO, paid media, CRM, automation)
Proven experience using AI tools in real marketing workflows
Hands-on experience with Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar AI systems
Strong understanding of funnels, conversion optimisation, and attribution
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in fast-moving environments
Commercially driven, analytical, and systems-focused mindset
Bonus:
Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or luxury brands
Exposure to AI search optimisation and emerging AI discovery channels
Basic technical knowledge (HTML/CSS, APIs, automation tools)
