As part of its ongoing evolution, the GSSC is piloting a Remote Support Hub (RSH) model to provide location-independent operational, human resources and administrative services to small Country Offices. UNICEF GSSC is looking for an individual passionate in creating, maintaining and updating the shared knowledge for the Remote Support Hub), ensuring clear structure, human-centered design and ease of navigation in UNICEF’s knowledge platforms (SharePoint, ServiceNow) to improve the user experience.

Minimum requirements:

Education:

Completion of secondary education (i.e. high school diploma) is required, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the work of the organization.

University-level courses in information management, business administration, communications, social sciences, HR, public administration, or a related field are an asset.

Work Experience:  

A minimum of five years of experience in knowledge management, documentation, administrative support, programme/operations support, or information management is required.

A completed BA degree from an accredited institution qualifies as 3 years’ experience and will be counted towards the minimum work experience requirement. Master’s degree will be considered with an additional two years of relevant work experience.

Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms is required.

Experience supporting document repositories (SharePoint/Teams/Google Drive), SOPs, or internal communications is an advantage.

Skills :  Interpersonal Skills: Courteous, patient, and effective in working with diverse colleagues across cultures.

Capabilities Required:  Project Management, Collaboration, Problem Solving, Digital Dexterity

Language Requirements: Fluency in both spoken and written English is required. Knowledge of an additional UN Language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish) is considered an asset
