Description de l'offre GPF recrute un(e) Commercial(e) pour l’un de ses clients évoluant dans le secteur de l’immobilier. Missions Le/la commercial(e) aura pour principales missions de :

• Assurer la promotion commerciale des biens immobiliers à la location et à la vente ;
• Mettre en œuvre des techniques de vente et de marketing adaptées ;
• Prospecter activement dans différentes zones afin d’élargir le portefeuille de biens (location, vente, gérance, etc.) ;
• Développer et assurer le suivi du portefeuille clients ;
• Exécuter les tâches administratives liées au service commercial, notamment :
• Rédaction des contrats de location et des mandats de gérance,
• Réalisation des constats d’état des lieux,
• Organisation et conduite des visites avec les clients,
• Rédaction de courriers et d’e-mails liés aux dossiers en cours ;
• Élaborer un rapport hebdomadaire retraçant les activités de la semaine, en mettant en lumière les opportunités commerciales ;
• Établir chaque début de semaine un planning prévisionnel des activités ;
• Produire un bilan mensuel des opérations ;
• Tenir une réunion hebdomadaire de débriefing avec la direction afin d’ajuster ou réorienter les actions engagées. Profil
• Titulaire d’un Bac+3/4 en commerce, marketing ou domaine équivalent, avec au moins 2 ans d’expérience, idéalement dans le secteur immobilier.
• Grand dynamisme et autonomie ;
• Sens aigu de la négociation et de la proposition ;
