Développer les ventes de biens immobiliers (terrains, appartements, villas, programmes neufs) en assurant la prospection, la négociation et la satisfaction des clients. Responsabilités principales :

• Prospecter et développer un portefeuille clients (particuliers et entreprises)

• Promouvoir et commercialiser les biens immobiliers disponibles

• Organiser et effectuer les visites de biens

• Conseiller et accompagner les clients dans leur projet d’achat, de vente ou d’investissement

• Négocier les offres et conclure les ventes

• Assurer le suivi administratif et commercial des dossiers jusqu’à la signature chez le notaire

• Participer à la mise en place d’actions commerciales (salons, campagnes marketing)

• Assurer une veille du marché immobilier (prix, tendances, concurrence)

• Développer et gérer un portefeuille clients (prospection, fidélisation, suivi).

• Promouvoir, commercialiser et organiser les visites des biens immobiliers.

• Accompagner les clients dans leurs projets, négocier et conclure les ventes.

• Assurer le suivi des dossiers et participer aux actions commerciales, tout en effectuant une veille du marché.

• Bac +2/3 en commerce, immobilier, marketing ou équivalent

• Expérience souhaitée dans la vente (idéalement en immobilier)

• Bonne connaissance du marché immobilier local

• Excellentes capacités de négociation et de persuasion

• Sens du relationnel et du service client

• Autonomie, rigueur et dynamisme Compétences clés :

• Connaissance des procédures juridiques immobilières

• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et CRM
