Required Submission Documents
Interested insurance providers must submit the following:
A detailed quotation including premium cost, policy benefits, and exclusions.
A draft of the proposed policy.
A copy of the provider's business registration documents.
Proof of previous experience with similar clients, including references.
Tax compliance certificates.
Qualifying Conditions
The main criteria for admission to the tender are as follows. Please attach copies of these documents with your RFQ submission.

Eligibility of Applicants
Applicants cannot apply if they:
● Are not registered companies/businesses.
● Are bankrupt or in the process of going bankrupt.
● Have not fulfilled obligations related to payment of taxes and other statutory charges and fees.
● Have been found guilty of serious misinterpretation in supplying information.
● Are in situations of conflict of interest. Conflict of interest MUST be disclosed to Evidence Action and vendors should only participate if approval is granted. A conflict of interest is created by any family or commercial relationship between the supplier and any member of the Evidence Action Tender Committee.
● Have seriously defaulted and declared as such in the implementation of similar contractual obligations in the past
● Are on any list of sanctioned parties issued by the United States Government.

SCOPE OF WORK: Comprehensive Insurance
TERMS OF REFERENCE
Evidence Action is seeking a qualified and reliable insurance provider to offer comprehensive insurance with direct repair service for one of its vehicles. The selected provider must demonstrate the ability to provide extensive coverage that ensures the vehicle and its use are adequately protected.
Objective
The objective of this RFQ is to procure comprehensive insurance coverage with direct repair service for the following vehicle:

Cost of Vehicle: 26,700,075 FCFA
