Ce que ce poste implique
En tant que Directeur Communication & RSE au Cameroun, tu seras le garant de la réputation et de l’impact sociétal de l’entreprise. Au quotidien, tu piloteras la stratégie de communication interne et externe, tout en déployant des initiatives RSE alignées sur les enjeux locaux (développement durable, insertion, environnement). Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec la direction générale pour renforcer l’image employeur et la responsabilité sociale, en orchestrant des campagnes et des partenariats concrets sur le terrain.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Maîtrise des outils de communication digitale (réseaux sociaux, CRM, création de contenu) et des techniques de reporting RSE (normes ISO 26000, GRI).
- Expérience prouvée dans la gestion de projets multi-acteurs (ONG, institutions, médias) au Cameroun ou en Afrique centrale.
- Capacité à allier vision stratégique et sens du terrain, avec un réseau local solide.
- Compétences en gestion de crise et en plaidoyer.
