This role involves creating high-converting marketing campaigns and building a powerful external network of High-Net-worth individuals, independent Realtors and corporate partners to accelerate property sales. Key Responsibilities Core Marketing & Realtor Liasion Campaign Management: Design and execute 360° marketing campaigns (Digital, Print, Outdoor) for new property launches and existing inventory. Business Development Lead Acquisition: Actively scout and secure corporate partnerships Market Penetration: Identify untapped markets or demographics and develop specific outreach strategies to capture them. Market Analysis: Monitor real estate trends, competitor pricing, and government policies to pivot strategy accordingly. Strategic Networking: Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and high-net-worth networking events to build a pipeline of institutional leads. Realtor Engagement & Channel Management Network Building: Recruit, onboard, and manage a database of independent Realtors and real estate consultants. Realtor Incentives: Design sales rewards, and performance-based bonuses to keep the company’s properties top-of-mind for external agents. Training & Enablement: Organize "Product Knowledge" sessions and site tours for Realtors. Provide them with "Sales Kits" (flyers, videos, FAQs) to help them sell company properties effectively. Event Coordination: Host Realtor brunches, open houses, and award nights to foster loyalty and engagement within the brokerage community.
