Anthony, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Overview A growing real estate firm based in Anthony, Lagos is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure business efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, improving processes, and supporting overall business growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily business operations across departments Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity Coordinate activities between sales, marketing, and administrative teams Identify process gaps and implement improvements Supervise staff, set performance targets, and ensure accountability Manage vendor relationships and operational resources Monitor operational performance and prepare regular reports for management Ensure smooth execution of real estate transactions and client service processes

🧠 Profil recherché

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in operations, preferably in real estate or a sales-driven environment. Good understanding of real estate operations and processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
