Le Bureau International du Travail (BIT) recrute un(e) team leader pour conduire l’évaluation indépendante à mi-parcours du projet de partenariat entre l’OIT et le ministère de l’agriculture et de la souveraineté alimentaire / Programme DEFIS à Madagascar.

Cette mission s’inscrit dans le cadre du suivi et de l’évaluation du projet DEFIS. Le/la team leader sera responsable de la coordination de l’évaluation et de la production des livrables attendus.
**

- Participer à la réunion préparatoire avec le BIT, incluant des entretiens à distance avec le personnel et la revue documentaire ;
- Produire le rapport de démarrage de l’évaluation (méthodologie, outils de collecte et d’analyse des données, chronogramme) ;
- Assurer la collecte des données, à distance et en présentiel ;
- Préparer et présenter les résultats préliminaires lors de l’atelier des parties prenantes ;
- Assurer l’analyse des données collectées ;
- Préparer le rapport provisoire de l’évaluation ;
- Produire le rapport final et le résumé exécutif.**

Compétences en analyse de données et rédaction de rapports. Une expérience dans l’évaluation de projets de coopération technique ou de développement est souhaitée.
