IVOIRE CONSULTING SERVICES recrute dans le cadre d'un partenariat d'affaires. Type de collaboration : Contrat de Partenariat d'Affaires / Agent Commercial Indépendant (pas de contrat de travail salarié).
Présentation du projet : Dans le cadre du lancement d'un important programme immobilier de standing et économique situé dans la zone en plein développement d'Abidjan Ouest, un cabinet de gestion et d'externalisation commerciale de premier plan recrute ses Conseillers Commerciaux de Terrain. Ce projet d'envergure nationale comprend plusieurs milliers de logements (appartements économiques en immeubles, villas basses en bande et villas duplex de moyen standing). La force de vente aura pour mission de commercialiser en exclusivité les lots de ce programme.

du partenaire :** Positionné(e) directement au sein du bureau de vente officiel situé sur le site du chantier, le/la titulaire du poste aura la responsabilité de prendre en charge et de transformer un flux de prospects hautement qualifiés. Ses tâches quotidiennes incluent :
Accueil et prise en charge : Recevoir les clients (acquéreurs locaux et investisseurs), présenter le projet à l'aide des supports graphiques, des plans de masse, et assurer les visites guidées du chantier en toute sécurité.
Suivi des procédures et sécurisation administrative : Veiller à l'application rigoureuse des protocoles du cabinet.
