We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Production Manager to oversee and coordinate production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of materials from production through suppliers and ensuring smooth coordination with on-site teams to achieve production targets efficiently and cost-effectively. The successful candidate must possess strong experience in manufacturing operations, supply coordination, production planning, inventory management, and team supervision. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to ensure operational efficiency. Manage the movement and availability of materials from production points to suppliers and on-site operational teams. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished goods. Coordinate closely with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and supplier teams to avoid production delays. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials. Maintain production quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures. Monitor inventory levels and initiate material replenishment where necessary. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives. Prepare production reports, material usage reports, and performance analysis for management review. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and manufacturing regulations. Supervise and motivate production staff to achieve productivity targets. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely supply of materials and operational support.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a Production Management role within the manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain coordination. Proven ability to coordinate materials between production units, suppliers, and site teams.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management systems/software. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
