Santelia recrute un(e) Téléconseiller(ère) Francophone ou Anglophone pour renforcer son équipe à Dakar. Vous serez en charge de la gestion des appels entrants et sortants, de la prise en charge des demandes clients, de la fourniture d'informations précises et de la promotion des services de l'entreprise. Le poste requiert une excellente communication et une capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et orienté client.

- Répondre aux appels des clients en français ou en anglais avec professionnalisme et courtoisie.
- Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Gérer efficacement les demandes et résoudre les problèmes rencontrés par les clients.
- Documenter les interactions et mettre à jour les informations dans la base de données.
- Contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs de l'équipe.
