Chef de Mission – République centrafricaine

Lieu : Basé à Bangui, avec déplacements dans les zones d’intervention

Date de prise de fonction : 1er juillet 2026

Durée du contrat : 6 mois (renouvelable)

Supervision : Directeur régional

Personnes à charge : Équipe de direction (SMT)

Statut familial : Poste non accompagné

Contexte

La République centrafricaine connaît depuis plus de vingt ans des crises complexes et récurrentes, mêlant insécurité, épidémies (choléra) et aléas climatiques (inondations). Malgré des progrès dans certaines zones, la situation reste fragile, avec un accès limité aux services essentiels. INTERSOS est présent en RCA depuis 2014, avec un bureau de coordination à Bangui et des opérations dans plusieurs préfectures (Kémo, Bamingui-Bangoran, Nana-Gribizi, Haute-Kotto, Ouham, Ouham-Pendé).

Objectif général

Le/la Chef de Mission représente INTERSOS dans le pays et agit au nom du directeur général. Il/elle dirige la réponse de l’organisation, incluant la stratégie, la planification des ressources, la gestion et la mise en œuvre des programmes.
