• Managing cleaning and security contractors
• Overseeing general upkeep of the shopping centre

Responsabilités

• Performing minor maintenance and handyman duties
• Liaising with tenants and service providers
• Reporting major maintenance issues to management
• Ensuring the centre remains clean, safe, and well-maintained

Expérience

• Previous facilities/building management experience advantageous

Basic handyman and maintenance skills essential
