Missions :
Piloter et superviser les activités du Service Client (téléphone, e-mail, réseaux sociaux et accueil physique), définir la stratégie de relation client, encadrer une équipe de conseillers clientèle, gérer les réclamations, analyser les indicateurs de performance.

BAC+3 à BAC+5 en Commerce, Management ou Communication, minimum 3 ans d'expérience en poste similaire, maîtrise des outils CRM.
