Alliances-Inter Benin SA recrute un Technicien BTP basé à Cotonou dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée déterminée. Le poste consiste à assurer le suivi technique des chantiers, participer à la planification et à l’organisation des travaux, contrôler la conformité des réalisations, lire et interpréter les plans et documents techniques, veiller au respect des normes de sécurité et de qualité, coordonner les équipes sur le terrain et rédiger des rapports d’avancement des travaux. Le candidat doit disposer d’un diplôme en BTP, génie civil ou équivalent avec une expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire. Il doit maîtriser les normes de construction et de sécurité, être capable de travailler en équipe et sous pression, et faire preuve de rigueur, d’organisation et de sens des responsabilités. Le poste s’effectue en présentiel avec une dimension de coordination d’équipe sur le terrain.
