Nous opérons des activités à distance et recrutons régulièrement des profils opérationnels (support, back-office, fonctions transverses).Nous cherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de recrutemen t capable de gérer du recrutement multi-postes et potentiellement en volume, avec une exécution structurée et rapide.Selon les projets, vous pourrez intervenir sur : A) Sourcing & acquisition Rédiger / publier / optimiser des annonces sur plusieurs canaux Sourcer activement (recherche, approche directe, relances) Construire et entretenir un vivier (pipelines) par métier/seniorité/pays B) Préqualification & entretiens Qualifier les candidats (fit, motivation, disponibilité, communication) Mener des entretiens (téléphone/visio) avec grille standard Évaluer le niveau de français (oral/écrit) selon les postes C) Coordination & pilotage du process Planifier et coordonner les étapes avec les opérationnels Suivre les candidatures (statuts, notes, prochaines actions) Assurer une communication candidate propre (convocations, retours, next steps) Amélioration continue : templates, scripts, checklists, reporting D) Qualité & traçabilité
Formation / Diplômes
Vérifier la complétude des informations nécessaires Garantir une traçabilité claire des décisions (historique, commentaires) Maintenir un standard homogène malgré le volume
