Présentation du poste
Le programme cherche à faciliter l’accès à des emplois décents, durables et à temps plein pour les jeunes, femmes, personnes vulnérables et en situation de handicap au Cameroun, particulièrement à Dschang. Cette action s’appuie sur une démarche globale pour:
- Renforcer l’employabilité des participants;
- Encourager l’entrepreneuriat;
- Promouvoir l’inclusion socio-économique des groupes marginalisés.
Sous supervision du Coordinateur VENTO DI TERRA, le/la Chargé(e) de Communication pilote la stratégie de visibilité du projet.
Responsabilités
Stratégie et planification
- Définir et déployer la stratégie communication en alignement avec les objectifs programmatiques;
- Élaborer un plan annuel couvrant digital, terrain et médias;
- Garantir la cohérence de l’image projet auprès partenaires/bénéficiaires/public. Communication digitale
