] Une prestigieuse structure de la place recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Administratif(ve) et Financier(ère) pour assurer le support opérationnel de son département administratif à Yaoundé. Rattaché(e) à la direction, vous serez le garant de la fluidité des processus internes et de la rigueur du suivi financier quotidien.

[VOS MISSIONS]

Gestion administrative courante (courriers, fournitures, * Suivi rigoureux des flux financiers et petite comptabilité journalière.
Archivage systématique et sécurisé des documents contractuels et financiers.
Support opérationnel à la gestion des ressources humaines (contrats, congés).
Élaboration des reportings administratifs et financiers périodiques de qualité.

[VOTRE PROFIL]

Titulaire d'un Bac+2/3 en Comptabilité, Gestion ou Secrétariat de Direction. Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 2 à 3 ans dans une fonction similaire. Votre discrétion, votre sens de l'organisation et votre maîtrise avancée des outils bureautiques (Excel expert) feront la différence. Une probité morale absolue est exigée.
