] SWECOM, a leading player in the telecommunications and service industry in Cameroon, is expanding its operations in Douala. We are looking for motivated Call Center Agents to join our dedicated team at our Kotto/Fin Goudron Bangue site. This is a prime opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills who wish to build a career in customer service and problem-solving within a high-performance environment.

[VOS MISSIONS]

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively using company protocols.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the database regularly.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

[VOTRE PROFIL]

Minimum of a High School Certificate (Bachelor's Degree in telecommunication is an added advantage). You possess proven experience in a call center or customer service role. Excellent communication skills in English and/or French are required. You are a good listener with strong problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure and meet targets. Basic computer literacy is mandatory. We are looking for proactive team players dedicated to excellence.
