We are looking for motivated Call Center Agents to join our dedicated team at our Kotto/Fin Goudron Bangue site. This is a prime opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills who wish to build a career in customer service and problem-solving within a high-performance environment.

[VOS MISSIONS]

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
• Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively using company protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the database regularly.
• Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

[VOTRE PROFIL]

Minimum of a High School Certificate (Bachelor's Degree in telecommunication is an added advantage). You possess proven experience in a call center or customer service role. Excellent communication skills in English and/or French are required. You are a good listener with strong problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure and meet targets. Basic computer literacy is mandatory. We are looking for proactive team players dedicated to excellence.
