Chargé d'affaires (Business Information)

** Dans le cadre de l'expansion de notre activité Business Information sur le marché africain, nous recherchons un Chargé d'affaires dynamique pour contribuer à l'augmentation de notre pipeline commercial et soutenir notre croissance.
Missions :
- Déploiement de la stratégie commerciale : concevoir et mettre en œuvre un plan d'action aligné sur les objectifs et les tendances macro/microéconomiques.
- Prospection active : identifier et engager de nouveaux clients via des appels, réseaux professionnels, événements et partenariats.
- Analyse des besoins : comprendre les attentes du marché local en matière d'information commerciale et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Promotion des solutions BI : mettre en avant URBA360 et la certification Qualité Label financier comme leviers de performance et de confiance.
- Suivi et reporting : assurer l'atteinte des objectifs, négocier et finaliser les contrats, et suivre la satisfaction client.
- Veille concurrentielle : analyser les actions des concurrents pour ajuster la stratégie.
- Digitalisation : maîtriser les outils Coface (Icon/URBA, Broker Portal, EL Portal, Cofanet, EDM).
- Qualité de service : garantir l'atteinte des KPI et fluidifier l'intégration des informations commerciales.**

- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en développement commercial B2B ou business development.
- Fort engagement dans la construction de relations.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, avec un bon relationnel.
- Capacité à comprendre les besoins clients et à les associer à nos solutions.
- Très motivé et tenace, avec un état d'esprit proactif et orienté résultats.
- Maîtrise d'Excel pour le reporting et l'analyse.Informations complémentaires : Opportunité de construire votre carrière (localement et internationalement) dans une grande entreprise mondiale, leader dans son domaine.
