Responsable Production Agroalimentaire
Synergie Nord Sud, groupe agro-industriel spécialisé dans l'usinage, le tri, l'ensachage et la torréfaction de café et cacao, recherche un Responsable Production pour son site de Nkongsamba, Cameroun.
Rattaché(e) au Directeur Général, vous pilotez la production (usinage, tri, ensachage, torréfaction) pour atteindre les objectifs annuels.
Missions
Pilotage de la production : optimiser l'OEE à plus de 85%, réduire les temps d'arrêt à moins de 5% via Gemba walks et 5S. Planifier une montée en charge de +150% de capacité. Garantir une qualité premium pour les clients export. Déployer l'ERP en production avec traçabilité lot par lot. Manager une équipe de 25 à 40 opérateurs. Animer l'amélioration continue (SMED, 5S, TPM) avec la maintenance pour viser zéro panne.
Expérience : 7 ans minimum en agroalimentaire (café, cacao, céréales), dont 3 ans en encadrement. Maîtrise des lignes automatisées, ensacheuses, trieuses optiques. Compétences en production/ERP. Références chiffrées (productivité, tonnages/jour, OEE, réduction pannes). Français courant, anglais technique opérationnel. Mobilité : basé à Nkongsamba, avec déplacements chez les coopératives.
Atouts différenciants
Expérience export UE (HACCP, BRC, normes torréfaction). Lean Manufacturing ou World Class Manufacturing. CACES et habilitations électriques.
