SOLEVO Group, distributeur leader de produits chimiques et d'intrants pour les secteurs industriels et agricoles en Afrique, recherche un(e) Responsable Distribution & Customer Services pour renforcer son équipe Opérations.

Planifier et gérer les opérations de distribution en lien avec les départements commerciaux, dans le respect des exigences clients et une optique d'optimisation des coûts. Organiser les entrepôts externes et dépôts, en assurant la gestion des stocks et la conformité technique et administrative. Identifier et développer des initiatives innovantes à valeur ajoutée pour les clients et SOLEVO, et superviser l'assistance technique aux clients. Encadrer les équipes internes et prestataires affectés aux opérations de distribution, stockage et support technique.

Diplôme d'ingénieur ou Master (BAC+4/5) en Logistique & Transport, Management des opérations ou équivalent. Minimum 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire. Bonne compréhension de la planification et gestion des opérations de distribution.
