Une organisation de référence recrute un(e) Coordinateur(-rice) communication pour piloter ses opérations en République Démocratique du Congo. Ce poste à haute responsabilité offre l'opportunité de contribuer directement à la stratégie de l'entité.
Définir les objectifs et la feuille de route de l'entité sous votre responsabilité. Diriger, motiver et développer les compétences de vos équipes. Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et mettre en place des plans d'amélioration continue. Représenter l'organisation auprès des parties prenantes clés. Rendre compte à la direction générale et aux actionnaires/bailleurs.
Formation supérieure Bac+5 en Management, Administration, Ingénierie ou domaine connexe. Expérience significative de 5 à 10 ans en gestion d'équipes et de projets. Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et prise de décision. Capacité à travailler dans des environnements complexes et multiculturels.
